Halverson Happenings

In sending a letter over the internet this year
We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas filled with great Cheer
We would like to say we are going green to save paper, aren't we great ?
Really, in mailing out Christmas Cards we waited until to late!

A small poem of each family member is written below
If you want to know more all through our blog you should go!

Ashley has homework all day and all night
yet her Straight A grades are a great delight.
She fits in swimming, drama, and band to name a few
And as always reading a book is her favorite thing to do!

Joshua is advancing through Boy Scouts as we speak,
Swim team, drama and activities fill his week
He plays the trumpet and does well in school
He's starting to grow and we can't keep him full.

Taylor is a natural at Gymnastics we've found
Roundoffs and backbends in our home abound.
To her school comes naturally, and math is breeze
She loves playing the piano and does it with ease.

Karyn is happy being mom in all ways
Taking care of her family fills all of her days
Daily she teaches Seminary with no breaks
To relax, a quilt or a scrapbook she makes.

Scott enjoys his job at the Naval War College teaching others
but he would rather be fishing if he had his druthers
He loves being dad! He is so proud of his kids he could gloat
and on warmer days he can be found on his boat.

This time of year we honor our dear Savior's birth
And all year long may we remember his Worth!
